These recordings, made at the end of 1999 at Sheffield University, contain the unique views of one of the 20th century's leading psychotherapists' - ALBERT ELLIS, the originator of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Dr Ellis talks about, demonstrates and answers questions on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and the difficulties encountered when working with people who have personality disorders. A complete recording of the day lasts over four hours. These recordings will be of most use to practicing REBT therapists, cognitive-behavioural therapists and trainees in both disciplines, but will also be of interest to all who wish to become acquainted with Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy for the first time.
